a top-ten brand
Very few Marketing Departments offer the heritage and horizon of the RAC. Our Brand Equity is truly remarkable, but we’ve never rested on our laurels. Built on Insight and Innovation, we embraced Market Segmentation, CRM, Digital and Social early and with great success. We deeply understand the marketing mix – and give our marketeers the freedom to make the most of it. And our branding redefinition as ‘The Motorist’s Champion’ is a journey to enjoy.
It’s why some of the finest Marketing professionals work in our iconic Bristol building, to experience the professional challenge and quality of life that few enjoy elsewhere.
RAC Patrols enjoy the freedom of the road and a role where no two days are the same - and for our customers, they’re often the difference between a very heartening experience or a pretty stressed day. So they’re more than trained mechanics: they’re the ultimate ‘people people’, able to put customers at ease as well as expert in the use of state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. They’re also very much part of a team – fully supported by a real-time technical helpline and a world-class technical operation that includes Flatbed Recovery Drivers.
The technical expertise of our patrols mean we fix 4 out of 5 by the roadside and our technical teams offer training to motor manufacturers.
