In this role,
you’ll be speaking with potential new members who are already interested in
joining the RAC (no cold calling). Your job is to understand what they
need, talk them through their options and help them choose the right breakdown
cover.

hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 — no Sundays!
💰 Salary: Competitive
base of £26,736.53 with the potential to boost your earnings
up to £34,000
🎓 Training: 3
weeks full-time (Mon–Fri)
What you’ll
be doing
- Giving every potential member a
genuinely positive customer experience
- Handling inbound enquiries and
guiding customers through their options
- Spotting opportunities to match
customers with the right RAC products
- Working confidently in a busy sales
environment
- Keeping accurate records and using
RAC systems to log customer details
You’ll thrive in
