Working within our Creative Studio, you’ll create, edit and publish customer-focused content, using our CMS to keep digital experiences accurate, engaging and easy to navigate. You’ll work with teams across Marketing and Digital, supporting content across a range of RAC products and customer journeys.

We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail who enjoys working with both content and technology. You’ll bring hands-on CMS experience, an understanding of HTML and SEO, and the confidence to build positive relationships with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage content through our CMS, ensuring updates are accurate, consistent and delivered on time

  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn briefs into effective digital content

  • Apply SEO and digital content best practice to improve how customers find and engage with content

  • Review content for accuracy, accessibility, brand consistency and customer experience

  • Support content changes across acquisition, retention and wider digital customer journeys

  • Work within established approval and governance processes to ensure content meets required standards

  • Manage multiple content requests and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Help identify opportunities to improve digital content and ways of working

What you’ll need

  • Hands-on experience using a CMS to create, update and publish digital content

  • Experience with a headless CMS such as Contentstack, Contentful, or similar would be highly advantageous

  • Good understanding of HTML, with the confidence to inspect and understand content and page structure

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality customer-facing content

  • Understanding of SEO and digital content best practice

  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements and manage expectations

  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines

  • A collaborative and resilient approach, with the confidence to take ownership and respond constructively to feedback

  • Experience working within financial services or another regulated environment would be beneficial

  • Broader CMS experience beyond WordPress would be advantageous
