About The Role

RAC has an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and proactive Insight & Resourcing Analyst to join our Branded Services division. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, spotting trends before they happen, and influencing operational decisions that directly impact customer experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our contact centre operations running smoothly by delivering high quality insight, reporting and resourcing intelligence. 

Working as part of a collaborative and fastmoving Insight function, you’ll help shape how we understand performance across multiple RAC business areas and brandsand you’ll bring curiosity, challenge and confidence to the table every day.

What You’ll Do 

  • Run and manage daily operational and performance reports 

  • Export, structure and interpret data from RAC systems 

  • Build meaningful insight that drives clear actions across business areas 

  • Analyse trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities before they arise 

  • Support the development of a best in class reporting and insight suite 

  • Work closely with multiple RAC business areas and partner brands, sharing insight and supporting informed operational decisions 

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across varied functions and seniority levels 

  • Provide accurate and timely MI/BI to support resourcing effectiveness 

  • Become the go to point of contact for reporting and performance measurement queries 

  • Support continuous improvement, always looking for smarter ways to capture and use data

What You’ll Bring 

  • Strong data analysis capability with the ability to interrogate, interpret and present data clearly 

  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and/or SQL is desirable 

  • A naturally curious mindsetsomeone who actively seeks patterns, insights and new ways of solving problems 

  • Ability to work proactively rather than reactively, taking ownership of insight and driving action 

  • Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders with confidence, credibility and sound reasoning 

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand operational performance impacts 

  • Experience working within multichannel contact centre environments (desirable) 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillssomeone with “a bit about them” who can engage at all levels 

  • Highly organised, efficient and able to deliver at pace
