RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager who will take charge of the marketing campaigns for our Insurance and Brand Licensing propositions, ensuring our vision is brought to life in exciting ways.
You’ll be responsible for designing and executing consumer & insurance TTL marketing campaigns, being accountable for their performance and ensuring every initiative delivers outstanding results.
We’re FCA regulated, so you’ll need a keen eye for detail, as well as making sure the customer is at the heart of everything you do. A real self-starter with excellent prioritisation & organisation skills, who thrives on working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
We are looking for candidates who have extensive experience in the Insurance sector to join our team. If you have a strong background in marketing within the insurance industry, this role will be a perfect fit for you!
This is a hybrid role – working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days working from home.
What you will do…
- Work closely with Propositions to understand P&L and strategies and translate into effective marketing proposals and campaigns.
- Own, design and execute all Insurance and brand licensing campaigns.
- Manage and deliver marketing strategy and campaign calendar for the propositions within insurance and brand licensing.
- Work with Insight to build segmented and targeted campaigns as appropriate.
- Analyse campaign performance and refine plans to maximise ROI.
- Manage brand development within the sector as appropriate.
- Manage Brand Licensing partnerships.
- Lead quarterly Brand Licensing workshop to present brand developments and maintain brand engagement.
- Contribute to the delivery of annual revenue targets (sales, conversion rates, revenues) via delivery of effective marketing strategy.
- Work effectively with in house studio to deliver best in market, compelling communications.
- Budget control to manage investment within agreed budget levels and drive cost efficiencies.
What you will need…
- Strong marketing background in direct and digital marketing & communications in a fast-paced consumer business.
- Strong experience in leading end to end campaign delivery.
- Strong experience in direct response marketing.
- Creative & analytical mind with sound financial acumen / commercial awareness.
- Experience of delivering commercial KPIs.
