Are you an articulate and detail-conscious professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Legal Services Reception Handler to join our Legal Advisory team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, taking inbound calls, validating policies, and arranging timely call-backs from our legal advisors. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our service levels and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
We can consider both full and part time applications.
Full Time: Mon-Fri 35hrs working shifts between 9am-6pm | Hybrid model 2days office | 3 days remote
Part time: Flexibility on days to be discussed, working 17.5hrs pw | Hybrid model tbc | Hours/days would be discussed with the hiring manager
