Based at our Bradley Stoke, Bristol office on a hybrid model, requiring flexibility to meet business needs. What you’ll do

As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director and their senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex diaries and prioritising time effectively
• Reviewing and responding to communications on behalf of the Executive Director
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
• Organising meetings, events, conferences, and travel arrangements
• Coordinating corporate hospitality and external visits
• Maintaining accurate organisational charts and filing systems
• Supporting with expenses, purchase orders, and procurement processes
• Taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
• Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless cover and support across the leadership team

  What you’ll need

  We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:

• Proven experience in a senior EA or high-level secretarial role
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
