About The Role

RAC has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Marketing Executiveto join our Acquisition Marketing team. This role plays a key part in planning, delivering and optimising acquisition campaigns across our Breakdown products, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the delivery of acquisition campaigns across email, DM, SMS, web and contact centre channels. 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign activity, ensuring timely sign-off, clear updates and strong collaboration with internal teams. 

  • Ensure customer communications meet compliance, regulatory and creative standards. 

  • Track campaign performance, review MI and recommend improvements to optimise results. 

  • Coordinate day-to-day activity with internal teams, suppliers and partners. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Marketing experience within a fast-paced business and confidence managing multi-channel campaigns. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • A good eye for creative, strong attention to detail and solid organisational ability. 

  • Ability to analyse data, write briefs, edit content and work to tight deadlines. 

  • Educated to A-level (or equivalent) with 1–2 years’ marketing experience. 

 

Location & Salary 

Based in our Bradley Stoke, Bristol office with hybrid working | Tue & Wed in the office | 3 remote.
