You’ll help shape how we price our insurance products, explore new data sources, and support the development of cutting-edge pricing features. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and enhance pricing features that support RAC’s technical pricing strategy
Explore and recommend new data enrichment opportunities
Help build insurer data assets using RAC’s unique proprietary data
Contribute to the deployment of technical pricing across our insurance products
Work with Pricing, Commercial, Product and Finance teams to deliver shared objectives
Use tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI to analyse data
Support governance and ensure pricing activity meets FCA and internal standards
Review available data and help prioritise future data consumption across teams
You’ll be part of a team that values continuous improvement, technical excellence and collaboration and you’ll learn from experienced analysts who will help you grow your skills quickly.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
A numerical degree (2:1 or above)
A-level Maths at grade A or above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Curiosity about how pricing, risk and data science shape insurance products
Familiarity with SQL/SAS, Python or Databricks (or a willingness to learn fast)
Interest in data manipulation and visualisation tools such as Snowflake or Power BI
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders
High personal standards and a drive to deliver commercially meaningful analysis
