We're looking for Customer Care Experts to join our Bradley Stoke team on a part time, 6 month fixed-term contract. Working Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm, this is a great opportunity if you're looking for predictable hours, meaningful work and the backing of a trusted brand.
Our Customer Care team support members when things haven't gone to plan. As a Customer Care Expert, you'll take ownership of enquiries and complaints, guiding members through the process with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
You won't just pass problems on, you'll see cases through to resolution, helping turn difficult situations into positive outcomes and rebuilding trust along the way.

What you’ll do
- Handling inbound calls and written queries from RAC members
- Taking full ownership of complaints and complex queries from start to finish
- Communicating decisions clearly, fairly and with empathy
- Working within FCA standards and agreed timelines
- Updating systems accurately and keeping case records compliant
What you’ll need
- Experience in customer service or complaints handling
- The confidence to manage challenging conversations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and the ability to use multiple systems
- A genuine customer first mindset
