We’re looking for a detail‑driven part time 6 month fixed term contract Operational Support Analyst to join our DAPS function, a key role supporting the systems, processes and data that keep our frontline teams moving.
You’ll help modernise how RAC delivers operational excellence by managing incidents, coordinating change, shaping system configuration and keeping our knowledge platforms accurate and effective. What You’ll Do
- Triage and manage incidents via ServiceNow
- Route issues to the right teams quickly and accurately
- Manage the DAPS enquiries mailbox with clear, timely responses
- Support the change process, including walkthroughs and documentation
- Keep system change records accurate and up to date
- Implement configuration updates across DAPS platforms
- Work with Test Teams to validate solutions before deployment
- Maintain and improve content in tRACtion and Confluence
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes
What You’ll Bring
- Understanding of RAC systems, processes and platforms
- Working knowledge of I/Calltaker, I/Dispatcher, CRE and SharePoint‑based CMS
- Awareness of I/CAD interfaces
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Experience in incident and/or change management
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- A positive, collaborative approach
