We're looking for Customer Care Experts to join our Bescot team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Customer Care Expert, you will handle inbound calls from members, answering resolving complaints and enquiries. You will deliver empathetic, professional, and efficient service, ensuring that every interaction builds trust and loyalty.

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and manage complaints and enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Take ownership of each case, ensuring members feel heard, supported, and informed.
- Work within FCA guidelines, maintaining accurate data and meeting response times.
- Use RAC systems confidently to provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
