You’ll join a collaborative Performance Marketing team where your work will have a direct, measurable impact on customer acquisition and business growth - all within a trusted, household-name brand.
The role follows a flexible hybrid model: three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.
As an SEO Executive, you’ll:
- Support and deliver the RAC’s SEO strategy, driving improvements in organic visibility, rankings and traffic
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO initiatives, including content optimisation, internal linking and site improvements
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification to inform SEO activity
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and industry platforms (e.g. SEMrush)
- Identify and implement data-led recommendations to improve site performance, conversion and user experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, development) and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support technical SEO improvements including site health, indexing, crawlability and Core Web Vitals
- Communicate insights and performance updates clearly to stakeholders, helping influence decision-making
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practices

What you’ll need
- Around 2+ years’ experience in SEO (in-house or agency), with a solid understanding of core principles
- Hands-on experience across on-page, technical and content SEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with SEO tools is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll train you!
