- Communicate with customers and dealerships by phone, email, letter and social media.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, fleet teams and dealerships.
- Resolve challenging situations professionally, fairly and with empathy.

- Maintain accurate customer records and capture feedback within Renault systems.
- Develop knowledge of Renault UK products, services and processes to provide the best possible support.
- Work towards individual and team KPIs, quality standards and service goals.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and contributing positively as part of the team.
What you'll need
- Experience in a customer service, contact centre or customer support environment.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email and digital channels.
- The ability to manage difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent attention to detail, administration and written communication skills.
- A positive, customer-focused approach and a genuine commitment to finding the right solution for every customer.

You'll be someone who takes responsibility, works collaboratively and genuinely cares about the impact you have on customers and colleagues. You'll be keen to learn, open to new ideas and confident enough to challenge processes constructively when improvements can be made. Above all, you'll be trusted to do the right thing and committed to delivering exceptional service every day.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the experience of Renault UK's Fleet customers. You'll handle a varied range of cases, build valuable relationships across the business and develop specialist knowledge of Renault UK products, systems and services.
