Vehicle Distribution Executive – Renault UK

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Distribution Executive to join the Renault UK Contact Centre, based at RAC Bescot.
You'll play an important role within Vehicle Distribution, helping to make sure vehicle supply processes run smoothly while providing Renault's Dealer Network with accurate, timely information and a service focused on delivering a great customer experience.
Working closely with Contact Centre colleagues, Renault UK teams, approved dealerships and suppliers, you'll take ownership of vehicle supply queries, keep dealers informed and help ensure orders continue to progress.
What you'll be doing
No two days will be exactly the same. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day processes relating to vehicle distribution.
- Providing the Dealer Network with accurate and timely information on vehicle supply enquiries.
- Proactively keeping dealers updated on their relevant vehicle orders.
- Making sure operational processes and procedures are followed and kept up to date.
- Supporting changes within the Dealer Network, including distribution requirements relating to systems and physical vehicle transport.
- Coordinating order-bank management activity for specific dealer groups, including actions, reporting and communications.
- Working towards individual and departmental objectives.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, dealerships and suppliers.
