- Document and maintain the governance framework, ensuring pricing and proposition decisions are compliant and customer focused.
- Attend key governance committees, preparing and managing compliance MI and documentation.
- Track and manage actions from audits, monitoring, and reviews.
- Oversee and advise on the complaints process, ensuring robust root cause analysis and fair outcomes.
- Manage the customer documentation lifecycle, from approval to ongoing review.
- Maintain oversight of customer journeys and product development pipelines to meet regulatory standards.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging regulation.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within financial services/insurance
- Strong grasp of general insurance regulations including Value Measures, Fair Value, Vulnerable Customers, and Pricing Practices.
- A deep understanding of personal lines products and operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptionally organised with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and pragmatic problem solver.
- Skilled in project management and documentation control.
- Commercially minded with product acumen and a focus on delivering good customer outcomes.
