Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Advisor to join our busy Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Accounts Payable team—ensuring payments to RAC suppliers are accurately input and processed in line with agreed terms and conditions. You’ll also act as a point of email contact for a variety of ad-hoc queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate inputting and processing of invoices ensuring attention to detail so that suppliers are paid appropriately
- Managing personal and shared inboxes
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve account issues
- Working to strict deadlines to ensure timely payment runs
