We have an exciting opportunity to join our Renault Contact Centre team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to Renault and Dacia customers and dealerships. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or a call centre, your ability to connect with people and resolve issues will be highly valued.
Based at our Bescot office, Walsall, this is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week with shifts scheduled between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00.
You'll manage customer contact from start to finish, resolve complaints, meet KPI's and collaborate with Renault internal teams and dealerships. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your communication skills and problem-solving mindset will shine.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries and complaints from start to resolution
- Provide timely updates and maintain accurate case records
- Liaise with dealerships and internal stakeholders
- Apply goodwill gestures creatively and responsibly
- Actively promote the brand and identify opportunities to upsell products and services
- Attend training to stay up to date on products and processes
