Join the RAC as a Change Implementation Manager and lead the delivery of change that improves how our operations work every day. You’ll sit within our Operations Transformation team, focused on turning plans into practical delivery. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own implementation, keep things moving, and make sure change lands properly across the business.
We’re looking for someone who gets stuck in. You’ll work through real issues as they come up, keep delivery on track, and support teams through change in fast-paced environments. It’s about getting things done, not just reporting on progress.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers, bringing structure where it’s needed while staying pragmatic in how you deliver.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, from plan through to implementation
- Turn strategy into clear, practical delivery plans and priorities
- Keep programmes moving, managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Put the right governance and reporting in place to stay in control
- Manage budgets, forecasts and cost tracking
- Make sure teams are ready and change is embedded into day-to-day operations
- Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to drive progress
- Provide clear, simple updates on delivery, risks and outcomes
- Continuously improve how change is delivered across the function
What you’ll need
- Experience delivering change or transformation with a focus on hands-on implementation
- A proactive, delivery-first mindset, someone who gets involved and solves problems
- Experience in fast-paced or reactive environments
- Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to balance pace with structure and control
