About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a permanent basis.

Affiliate marketing is a key part of the RAC's performance marketing strategy, helping us connect with new members through a diverse network of trusted partners.

As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in growing the RAC's affiliate programme, helping to acquire new members efficiently, optimise performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years+ marketing experience who wants to develop their expertise in performance marketing while working with a network of partners, agencies and stakeholders across the business.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and can build strong relationships, challenge constructively and work comfortably with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Equally important is the right attitude – someone who is proactive, eager to learn, takes initiative and is excited by the opportunity to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week from home offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

We offer more than a job. We offer a career with purpose.

As an Affiliate Marketing Executive at RAC, you’ll get benefits that go the extra mile

·  Earnings That Motivate – enjoy a competitive salary plus automatic enrolment in our ‘Owning It Together’ Colleague Share Scheme - a unique opportunity to share in RAC’s future success and be rewarded for the exceptional work you deliver.

·  Tools to Drive Your Future – get started with a free RAC Ultimate Complete Breakdown Service from day one, plus access to a car salary sacrifice scheme (including electric vehicle options) after 12 months, delivering serious tax savings.

·  Time Off That Matters – enjoy 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. We also support work-life balance with paid family leave, flexible schedules, and practical resources to help navigate personal commitments.

·  Financial Security & Perks –pension scheme with up to 6.5% matched contributions alongside life assurance cover up to 4x salary (10x optional with flex benefits), designed to support you long-term.

·  Wellbeing That Works for You – our 24/7 confidential support service is available to you and household members aged 16+, offering reassurance whenever you need it.

·  Extras That Make a Difference - access Orange Savings, our exclusive discount portal with deals across top retailers, holidays, tools, tech and more. After passing probation, you’ll automatically join our Colleague Share Scheme, giving you a stake in our collective success.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and develop the RAC's affiliate marketing programme to drive traffic, sales and return on investment.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers and agency contacts to maximise performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative, content and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitor research and performance insight.
  • Help manage affiliate budgets, ensuring activity delivers against commercial and ROI targets.
  • Ensure affiliate activity remains compliant, accurate and aligned to business processes and regulations.
  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of the affiliate channel, including programme maintenance and partner engagement.

What you’ll need

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing, sales or commercially focused role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting updates and recommendations to stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a genuine desire to learn, develop and take ownership.
  • A confident personality who can build credibility quickly, challenge thinking constructively and hold their own with senior stakeholders and partners.
  • An ambitious attitude and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and innovation.
